In this Gifts Overview, use the following format to summarize your history of contributions:

I supported [recipient organization/event or person], [amount ], [frequency/timeframe of your contributions].

Example:

• I supported to Larkin Street Youth Services $1000/3 times within the last 2 years.

In this Volunteering Overview, note where you volunteered your time, how much you volunteered, and how often.

Use the following format to summarize your volunteering history.

Example:

• I supported Rescue Mission Soup Kitchen, 3 hours/week for 6 months
